Mr. Iniguez is currently at the helm of Pacifico Capital Development.

He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investments, mortgage brokering, property rehabilitation, asset management, commercial real estate development, design, & construction, private equity, and community housing development projects.  

Mr. Iniguez is known as a pioneer and pit bull in the Private Investment industry.

Since 2001, his creative & aggressive attitude has solidified over 300 million dollars in Real Estate transactions, located in the United States and Mexico.

 Before Pacifico Capital Development, Mr. Iniguez was Head of Real Acquisitions & development at Pacific Wealth Investments.

Whatever it takes to close the deal!

In 2012, Mr. Iniguez was to close on his biggest deal of the year, contingent on final inspection. The cement contractor notified Dan he was 3 men short of completing the job and needed to reschedule. Afraid of losing his largest deal that year, Dan rolled up his sleeves, called a couple of friends and worked alongside the contractor and completed the job at 10:30 pm.

The following morning, Dan closed his Real Estate deal for 10.4 million Dollars.
